I have been trying to get mt loan modified for about a year. I have been givin every excuse from lack of documents, you make too much money, u don't make enough, your property has equity, it's in review, the investor will not comply, they don't have a program for me etc etc. And yet they want you to start the whole process again by submitting "the latest financial information" and the rest of the paperwork trail again and again and again!
