We purchased the mobile phone from web world at Ulhasnagar(Mumbai) on 13th Jan 2006 and on same day we found defect in the scrolling button which was not managable so we gave it to the person incharge of Web World at Ulhasnagar Mr. Mahesh and we told him we want it replaced because it was already defective but he took one and half month to replace the model saying the model is not available in stock though in other shops it was available.
