I had applied for a new telephone connection and a broadband connection nearly 2 months back. The telephone connection was provided nearly ater 20 days whereas other private providers give in the second day. Regarding broadband I haven;t got the connection still. I had contacted almost all employees in our exchange regarding this. They are neither providing the connection nor accepting the cancellation. I have never had such a worst experience. All other private providers activate the connection in maximum 3 days. This BSNL is a real junk. read full review »
