The warranty Department is a joke. They are rude and depending on who you talk to have no idea what constitutes and emergency and what does not!! This morning I called them to have our A/C in repaired because it is not working -- we have only been in our home since Jan/Feb 2010. On another note, the HOA fees that we pay ($249) are worthless. We have dead grass, gates that are constantly open or broke, a gym that is not conducive to people who work late hours (the place closes at 9 p.m.), I could go on. So many of our neighbors would sell immediately if they could including us. Don't move/buy in a Pulte community!!! They are terrible. read full review »
