I called acer for customer support, their recording has some issues so it hung up on me 4 times. so i found another number, the agent wanted to charge me $129.90 just to talk to a technical support agent on the phone. I am not kidding, I was pretty shocked too when I heard it. Now, it is extremely for me to reach acer, i dug up a number of phone numbers from them, but none of them lets me talk to agents. I have a number of laptops at home, such as HP, whenever I call them, they always answer me with a nice attitude and help solve my problem. But acer had to charge me 129.90 dollars just to talk to their representatives. read full review »
