For one month I have been without a working washing machine. We purchased the three year service plan for all the appliances installed in our kitchen. After numerous calls, numerous visits from various service people...still no working machine. The last service people recommended...OUT OF BUSINESS. And...yet another company coming to look at the washer? They now tell me they would only reimburse me for 75% for a new washer. Where is the accountability? read full review »
