I am a nice middle-aged female minister. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen for a company, including even places in hardened New York City! And it is consistently bad! Do you know they don't even carry a few loaves of bread on hand--you have to pre-order bread! Every gluten free bakery in the area keeps bread on hand. They are always cold. I saw on one of our local review websites that someone named gopherfan said that he has never had a good experience going there. I'm not the only one. The final straw was in May... read full review »
