We purchased a WaterPik EcoFlow Showerhead and installed it exactly as the instructions dictated. It leaked; not simply small drips, but a constant stream of water. Following the 'suggestions' made in the instruction manual did not stop the leak. I emailed Customer Service using the WaterPik online submission. They *never* replied.
