I ordered a part on-line and paid the heavily inflated amount for rush shipping...the item arrived 11 days later (soem rush) at which time I found out they were less than a 2 hour drive from my home. The part was not only incorrect but took so long to arrive that I was forced to hire an A/C technician to complete the repair. After trying to return the part, the not only stole 1/2 my money, but had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong and that was the right part (we are talking apples and oranges here).
