The owner of this company is who answers the phone tp deal with customers. They are not a large company with policies and procedures. When something needs resolving on the customers end the owner would rather lose the customer then have to give a refund of store credit. He is just plain and simply rude. His explanation for the poor quality product that I bought was because it was produced in Taiwan. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.! read full review »
