this company is contracted with This company is contracted with Federal Warranty Service Corp. A&E was a "no show" after 4 1/2 hour wait for a repairman. from A&E. We waited another 1/2 hr before I received a call back from the company & not from the technician. The appt was rescheduled according to their schedule & no regard for the customer. We are at the mercy of this "system" but am willing to cancel the Warranty service contract. read full review »
