I brought my 2009 Venza in for electrical issues. They had the car twice and could not fix. Then when I complained a third time, all records of the complaints disappeared and they refused to service the car any further. It turns out it was a wire shorting out to the roof which now has been fixed. I was amazed as to how they wiped the record clean of any problems.
