This comany is terrible. I hired them to fix our computer after a few days the problems came right back. I called them and they said it would be an additional $80 to fix my computer. I told them forget it as I already paid $200. A few days ago they called me to get my membership fee and I told them I was not a member. It turns out they were charging me $59 every three months and I had no idea nor did I authorize these charges. My credit card company is going to dispute charges. read full review »
