I called Citifinance to let them know that I would be late with my payment and found out that the promise I received early December 2009 to defer or waive a payment was not done. I was told that if I make a payment in the amount of $415 that I would be up to date after the deferrment went through. So, I am making payments thinking I am on time. Still thinking that I was only 1 payment in the hole when end of June came and I couldn't make the payment by the 25th I called them only to find out that I am due for May and June.
