After paying up front for Professional Publishing services from IUniverse, I was assigned an assistant. After 2 months of no returned emails or phone calls, I was transferred to another specialist. I was informed that the first specialist was no longer with the company. I was assigned an editor, as per my contract with them. The editor reviewed the book, made a few changes and suggested some more, which were immediately completed and the clean manuscript was sent to them for printing.
