My pressure washer leaks like a sieve and I need to order a new part. I called the toll free # only to be informed by a computer voice that I had to conduct customer service business "on line". I went to the website & typed in my question as directed. Then came the shocker! I was asked to choose the ammount I was willing to pay to have my question answeared! Imagine that!
