BEWARE THE COLLUSION OF VERIZON ZONE AND GLOBAL WARRANTY! I bought a $310 phone and insurance package from Verizon Zone and was never told that the insurance package would not cover the first 30 days. I lost the phone on the 21st day and was abruptly told over the phone that my insurance contract would be voided. Case closed. Thanks for calling.
