Purchased some of "the house cigars" from them and let me just say that they were horrible! After contacting customer service their response was this "We don't sell bad products" Now after being insulted I tried to cancel my membership into the cigar club. They wouldn't stop hounding me and trying to get me to postpone it instead of canceling. Every cigar I tasted had the same flavor and appeared to just have a different band on it.
