This is the worst service I've ever used to buy tickets in my life. I found a good rate, and after I confirmed and paid for it, it showed me a different date than what I reserved. I immediately called customer service, was on hold for 22 minutes before an agent came on the phone. I explained the situation to the agent who informed me that the only way I could change the ticket is by canceling, and being charged a 50.00 penalty.
