I paid my fee of $34.92 for the unlimited search of various public records and used known (personal) information without any results what-so-ever. Each search produced with a "No Records" found result. I have emailed the company to inquire as to why this is happening and No response. I will be calling my Credit Card Co. and requesting a refund.
