I ordered the 14 day free trail of Acai Berry. It wasn't explained to me that the 14 days started when it was shipped. Thinking I still had a few days I called according to them on the 15th day. I tried to call on what they say was the 14th day, but was told they were having technical problems. I was told that my account had been charged $78.00 for the bottle that was suppose to only cost me $4.99 in shipping and handling.
