I canceled my membership, due to an employment relocation to another state, where they do not have a branch gym - on April 29th 2010. I have now sent this paperwork to the Urban Active folks 4 times, over the course of 3 months. I am getting the 'cancelation shuffle'. I am willing to retain a lawyer and have them file a class action suit against this organization for fraud. Anyone else had this experience with Urban Active?
