Bought an appliance and was due a rebate for delivery costs. Several weeks later received a debit card insead of a check. Ran into problems at local stores who wanted my pin number to use a debit card. Talked to the store "manager" who basically told me it was my problem and the pin number might have been in the paper work in the envelope snd I should always keep any thing I am sent. I told them I would spend the money there and was told they do not take debit cards. A man came out and said little more execpt he wished the company did not give rebates and again it was my problem. read full review »
