We signed a contract for a new sunroom in March of 2009 and they have yet to finish the job. We took them to the BBB mediation service and they showed up and agreed to finish the job. After doing a few more repairs in June of 2010, they disappeared again. We had to finish the job ourselves. At one point, because they wanted to get paid before they finished the job, they took out our patio door and a window and refused to return them.
