Gary Hoover and his wife, Erika Hoover stole $7, 800.00 in the form of a deposit for windows which were never delivered. The Police have a warrant out for his arrest. See the letter he wrote admitting that he would return for the deposits given on 11/18/2008 and 3/7/2009. He has never returned the deposit money he stole as of July 18, 2010.
