2.5 months ago acalled HIT (hertitage) to have them design for me a website. We agreed to start designing the website for 500$, a hundred every month. However, on the same day they deducted 200$, not 100$ as we agreed. The same day I called them and sent them an email to cancel the deal and to be refunded. I did not sign any papers with them. They replayed they made the refund and it will take up to 1 month for the 200$ to be deposited into my account.
