I had a Crick cell phone for my daughter and signed up for 30.00 plan for unlimited talk and text. I had it on auto pay without paper bill to make things easier (so I thought for me)! Last month Cricket took out 63.00 and some change. I had talked to someone at customer on June 29th and went over her account and was not notified that her plan was changing and I made no changes to her account.
