I ordered mobile from the sifymall on October 6th to be delivered as gift on October 16th. I had chat with customer care guys and was told that if ordered and requested the product will be delivered on October 16th. The site claims that the product will be delivered in 5 - 7 days. It is almost 4 weeks now and the product is not yet delivered. I have sent n number of mails and chat no use, they say they will look into it that is it. read full review »
