I had taken a telephone connection No 1143019036, ID No. 14571985 in the name of Aditi Mishra (my wife) vide application No.1669836 on 12/02/2009. This connection was taken mainly for the purpose of using broadband internet services. For that I had paid Rs. 1500/- (Recpt.
