First the order was placed Oct. 9th. I was told it would arrive in 10-14 business days. It was a gift for my wifes birthday on Oct 29th. It did not arrive until firstweek of November. I called several times. I was told each time that no Supervisor was available. I was told the Supervisors name was Lisa. I emailed several times with no response. The order was incorrect so we returned one item. Their company and online banking is unsafe.
