I too have been ripped off by Tax Masters. I signed a contract with them and have paid them $2550 since 9/17/08 with no results. Indeed, I was told by 2 employees (one on 1/8/09 and the other on 1/13/09) that no tax specialist had even been assigned to my case as of those dates. In addition, Tax Masters charged $500 to my credit card that I did not authorize.
