I called TigerDirect to order an Offlease IBM PC. Lorena Bezerra was the Acct. Rep. I spoke to. She convinced me that I could purchase the same pc, as part of a package deal, with the purchase price being the same after the $170.00 rebate. She said she would see that I got the approiate rebate forms I requested. I received two separate shipments from TigerDirect; one for the two software programs included in the sale, and the other for the computer itself. Neither included the rebate forms.
