This baggers barred my customer service access. I was not allowed to talk to a custoemr care representative for over 3 weeks. They barred the same as I called customer service more than 30 times in a month, moreover my internet service has not been functioning for the past 3 weeks and hence I had given them a call say about 32 times in amonth and they bareed me from accessing the customer service on phone. read full review »
