I have been waiting for my refund since July 5th when they recieved their package back. On July 19th I was told that they cut me a check and I would recieve it in a few days, however that was two weeks ago. I was told to call on Monday if I did not recieve the check so I called this morning and I was hung up on by a customer service rep named Beth, and I was not even being rude. The she transferred me to Ted the manager who told me that he was going to cancel my refund and hung up on me, then I called back and he answered the phone again... read full review »

I ordered what was suppose to be a trial for a .95 fee for shipping, instead I was charged $169.oo. I called immediately upon finding out about the charges and they told me I misread the terms and they have no trial. I told them the terms said I had 15 days to decide or I would be charged, however I was charged the full amount within 2 days. So they decided to refund me half of my money, I still had to wait to recieve the package, send it back and then I was to receive the other portion of the refund.
