Summary Incompetently installed roof. Numerous defects with installation. Corrupt business practices. Poor customer service. Unresponsive to resolve problems. Detail The roofing contractor replaced our flat roof in December, 2008. After heavy rains in April 2009, we had leaks into our house which destroyed the ceilings in a bathroom and bedroom.
