THIS IS A EMAIL I SENT TO CHASE AFTER A RUDE PHONE CALL ABOUT MY ACCOUNT. Hello, I am a Very unhappy excostomer. I was offered back in feburary, a bonus if i paid my credit card off in 6 months. I tried very hard to do this and i just paid it All off, and its only july. The letter i received did say that i had to pay $300 each month, but when i called in to set it up in feburary i was told that if i had to make a little less some months and made it up in the next month it would be ok.
