This company, that is evidently owned and operated by Sears, is both incompetent and completely disorganized. Ten days ago they sent a service man to our house to investigate why our Bosch dishwasher was not working. We had selected Sears foolhardedly, it turns out, because we thought that we did not want to mess around with a local repair man who had no training on our product and that we wanted a professional company, with access to Bosch warranties to work on our three year old dishwasher.
