DO NOT USE WETSERN UNION ONLINE. I tried to send my brother some money which I have done many times with these guys even though their fees are outrageous compared to moneygram. Regardless, I was told to make an additional phone call at which point my transaction was denied because they couldn't verify the phone number even though I was on it with them.
