If they've ripped you off CONTACT the BBB immediately! Oberon charged me twice for a one time game purchase and I never received the key to get the game. After numerous emails and attempted calls to their NY office, I got NO response. I went online to the BBB and lodged a complaint with the details. Miraculously, I got a response and apology from Oberon within 1 business day of the complaints submittal. Do not threaten and do not wait. This company has some shady business practices.
