On Friday July 2, 2010, HIT charged my credit card $700 and informed me that a Design Expert would be in contact with me immediately to initiate the site design work. To date, I have received no such call (two weeks later). After contacting HIT on Monday July 12, 2010 to complain I was told that a Design Expert would contact me immediately. Still no such call. In speaking with Andrew G. at HIT earlier today he stated that HIT would grant my request for a refund and would be issuing a check in the amount of $500.
