Be wary. This software appears to be very powerful and the answer to growing e-commerce woes but it never delivers. It costs nearly six figures to get started, but you'll never get your setup completely done. The software can't actually do half the things promised by their sales staff even if they get you semi running. Employee turnover is extreme. Tech support is non-existent.
