I bought and completely paid for an Oreck XL vacuum cleaner for $500.00 from fingerhut as I was moving to a new home and wanted a good product that would last. I put the vacuum in storage for 3 months while waiting to close on our new home. Upon using the vacuum dust was coming out of the cloth bag. Upon examination, the entire plastic device that holds the bag on was in the bottom of the cloth holder that was filled with dirt.
