I clicked the 14 day trail and it was only gonna charge me shipping. Then I thought that I wouldn't do it. An operator came on as I tried to leave and cut the shipping to 1.95, so I did it. I checked my account and for five days nothing. Then 7 days later, no product, I had a charge of 99.96 on my account. I finally got through to customer service and was told that I didn't click the 14 day trail that I had ordered the product.
