My complaint is about the unprofessionalism/bad customer service at Bronx Honda. I was told a deposit of 500.00 was needed to inquire about financing through a bank. I gave them the 500.00, but than decided per what the Accounting Department told me that the down payment the bank required from me was too much money. I decided not to go for the car deal and asked for my deposit to be returned.
