Internet service is not available since February 9, 2009. I have called number of times to technical support, each time the call goes to India with no help in resolving the problem. There is no single person responsible whose email address is provided for help. The online chat is as horrible as phone support. None of the guys seems to be qualified to give first level support or escalate. Money is down the drain and time is wasted.
