make sure you read the fine print on your contract. On 7-17-20010 I called Sensible Home Warranty to let them know that our AC went out. I was told that some one would call me back in 24-48 hrs. in which they did, just to be told that all of thier service contractors was tied up till the first of August and that we could get someone in our self and they would pay for it. we got someone in to re pair it, they told us that it couldnt be repaired and we would need a new one. so i call Sensible back and told them and they talk to the repair man... read full review »
