We purchased our home on May 26th 2007 just after we were married. The lender at the time was ION Capital Inc. Soon after we received a statement in the mail letting us know that our loan had been sold to Aurora Loan Services from there the rest goes downhill. About a year into the loan I lost my job we kept making payments as best we could but it came to the point where we could only afford partial payments.
