My alarm system starting having false alarms on a regular basis. It would randomly go off in the middle of the night. I contacted Apex for service. A technical support person walked me through several tests on the keypad. He said everything was testing okay. That very night I set the alarm again and it went off, not registering a zone or anything. I contacted Apex again and they sent a technical support person to my home to check it all out.
