At 11:00 am I entered Platinum Auto Center in Morton Grove, IL to have my car wash for $10.99. At 11:15 my car was done. The interior and Exterior of the car was dirty. I asked to speak with the manager. Manager name was Ed who explain i had to add extra $5 if i wanted my interior done. I asked if vaccuming was included in $10.99 he said yes. I then looked at my car one more time and vaccuming was not done. I asked Ed to redo my car. He said NO GET OUT OF HERE. Ed was very unprofesional and rude. I would not suggest anyone to go was their car at Platinum Auto Center in Morton Grove. ILLINOIS. read full review »
