The broadband connection failed on 12th morning. I did lodge a complaint and the docket number is 120205. Despite calling them everyday, each of the person at the call centre suggested how I should be going around. They suggested that the hardware has conked off. I checked with my vendor and got it certified that it was working fine. When I called them back the answer was that they reset the server and the connection would be restored.
